Vault Systems ("Vault", "we", "us") runs the waiting list at vaultsystem.co.uk. This page explains what we collect when you join it, and what we do with it.
To hold your spot on the waiting list, to pre-fill your Vault page when early access opens, and to email you about your access. We don't use it for anything else, and we don't sell it.
Only Vault Systems. Your handle becomes public once your page goes live; your email and name are never shown publicly.
Your details are stored with Supabase, our database provider, and our email is sent through Zoho. Both are standard providers used by many small platforms.
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing hyprod@vaultsystem.co.uk. We'll action it within 30 days, as required under UK GDPR.
This waiting list page does not use tracking or advertising cookies.
